Booking
Q- Do I have to pre-book?
A- No, you can come in at anytime during the opening hours and pay for a session.

Q- Do i have to be a member to ride?
A- No, you do not have to have a membership to ride.

Q- Is there an age limit?
A- Yes, anyone over 5 is allowed to ride in the park under parental supervision, anyone over the age of 12 can be left unsupervised.

Q- Can I ride if I haven’t filled in a disclaimer?
A- No, the disclaimer is designed to provide us with emergency contact and details of any medical conditions, we require disclaimers to be filled out prior to the first visit by a parent or guardian over the age of 18 if the participant is under the age of 18, you can do fill the disclaimer online now by clicking this link

Equipment
Q- Can I bring my own scooter/bmx/skateboard?
A- Yes of-course, you are advised to bring your own equipment

Q- Do you hire things?
A- Yes, if you do need to hire a scooter/bmx/ skateboard you will find more information here

Q- Do you have a shop/Do you perform maintenance?
A- Yes we do have a scooter, bmx, skateboard and inline shop on site which is open along side the park, fixing and maintenance is also undertaken, simply ask any member of staff on site.

Q- Are Mini Rocker bmx allowed in the park?
A- Yes, if you can ride it and feel comfortable on the ramps with it they are more than welcome.

Q- Do i have to wear a helmet?
A- If you are under 18 years of age you must wear a helmet at all times on the ramps, anyone over the age of 18 can choose to not wear a helmet at their own discretion.

Memberships
Q- What do i have to do for a membership?
A- Getting a membership is very simple, it is just a £30 payment which can be made in person or over the phone, all paperwork is done on our side, with a membership you will be entitled to reduced entry prices.

Q- How much is your membership and how long is it valid for?
A- The membership is £30, and is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Other Questions

Q- Do you have a spine/jumpbox?
A- Yes they are in our new upstairs section

Q- Is there anywhere I can watch from?
A- Yes, there is a seating area all around the park and we also have a café upstairs that over looks the downstairs section.

Q- What time does the cafe open?
A- Weekdays at 4PM, weekends at 10AM, will vary during school holiday.

Q- Do you do lessons?
A- No, we do not do lessons, but we do our Sunday beginners sessions

Q- Can I take pictures?
A- No contests, events or photo shoots of any description may be held in the park unless organised by or in conjunction with and approved by Mags On Ramps management. Participants may use their own cameras while at the park at their own risk of loss or damage. Spectators may shoot from spectator areas only.
